Ildiko Zambo began her practice in 2008, offering soft laser treatments to help clients overcome addictions such as tobacco, alcohol, stress, and overeating. In 2009, she officially founded IZ Reflex, incorporating reflexology services. Over the years, Ildiko earned certification from the Reflexology Association of Canada and pursued advanced studies in Europe under Dr. Martine Faure-Alderson, founder of Craniosacral Reflexology.
In 2013, she established the Academy of Craniosacral Reflexology Quebec, where she teaches both foundational and advanced reflexology courses. Her extensive research and practice led her to develop a unique method that integrates reflexology with the expansion of consciousness. Most recently, Ildiko has added ThetaHealing to her services, further supporting her clients in achieving balance and transformation in mind, body, and spirit.
